The main terms that apply when requesting a preview or purchasing website services from Vantora Web Studio.

Free website previews
A FREE website preview is an image-based visual website concept provided to help you judge a proposed direction before choosing a paid package. It is not a completed or live website, Vantora does not alter your existing website, and nothing is published on your behalf. No payment is required for the preview and there is no obligation to proceed.
Website packages
A project brief or quotation form helps you describe what you need before payment. The final scope, pages, features and deliverables are determined by the selected package and any written project agreement. Extra work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
Payments
After submitting a project brief, you can choose whether to continue to a secure PayPal checkout. One-off website package fees are payable in full before the build begins unless Vantora Web Studio agrees otherwise in writing. Work begins after payment and the required project information and materials have been received. Any optional recurring service is quoted and agreed separately.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate business information and for having permission to use any text, images, logos, trademarks or other material supplied for the website.
Revisions and approval
We will work toward the agreed direction and provide reasonable revisions within the purchased scope. A website will be prepared for launch after the final design and content are approved.
Domains, hosting and third-party services
Domain and hosting are not currently included in the standard website package price. If required, Vantora can help you choose and configure a suitable third-party provider. The domain and hosting are purchased separately by the client and remain under the client’s ownership. Any third-party, renewal or ongoing management charges are confirmed separately.
Cancellations and statutory rights
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a project. Any refund or cancellation outcome will depend on the work already completed, services already supplied and the rights that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
