Can the website grow?
A focused one-page site may be right now, but ask whether the platform can support additional pages, products, booking functionality or integrations later. The solution should not trap the business in an inflexible format.
For complex products, check whether the provider can distinguish website work from product discovery, user experience, technical architecture and application development.
What support is available?
Clarify what happens after launch. Some businesses want full administrator control; others need separately priced ongoing support. Neither approach is automatically better, but it should be transparent.
Also establish who is responsible for plugin licences, third-party subscriptions, content updates and technical maintenance.
Are reviews and case studies genuine?
Real reviews and case studies can be valuable when they are attributable and supported by actual customer work. Be cautious with vague testimonials, unnamed clients and impressive performance figures that cannot be verified.
Vantora’s current Examples page is transparent about fictional concept work.
Is payment clear?
Understand when payment is due, which payment provider is used and what happens if the scope changes. A secure checkout does not replace a clear description of what is being purchased.
Vantora confirms the package or quotation before the build begins.
