What happens after I choose a package?
You will provide your project details, content and requirements. Vantora then designs and builds the website, shares the completed direction for review, completes the agreed revisions and prepares the approved website for launch.
Is the finished website available immediately?
No. Purchasing a package begins the design-and-build process. The completion time depends on the selected package, the content required and how quickly information and approvals are supplied. A realistic timescale is confirmed once the scope is clear.
When is payment made?
Your FREE website preview is an image-based visual website concept. No payment is required for the preview and there is no obligation to proceed. When you approve the direction and decide to continue, the agreed one-off package fee is paid securely before the full build begins, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
02Website design, build & handoverRevisions, approval, launch and control of your completed website.
Can I request changes during the build?
Yes. Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed package scope. Additional pages, new functions or work outside that scope may require a separate quotation.
Will I receive access to manage my website?
After the website has been approved and launched, you will receive the administrator access and handover guidance included with your chosen package, allowing you to manage routine website content yourself.
Is ongoing website management included?
Ongoing updates, content changes and technical support are available as a separate paid service. You can manage the website yourself or ask Vantora to provide continued management when required.
03Domains, hosting, email & ownershipNew registrations, existing accounts, access requirements and renewals.
What if I need a domain and hosting?
Domain and hosting are not currently included in the standard website package price. If required, Vantora can help you choose and configure a suitable third-party provider. The domain and hosting are purchased separately by the client and remain under the client’s ownership.
What if I already have a domain or hosting account?
Vantora can normally use your existing services. Temporary or delegated access to the relevant domain, DNS or hosting controls may be required so we can upload the website and its images, configure the sitemap and SSL, and publish it correctly.
Will my existing business email keep working?
Existing email settings are reviewed before domain records are changed. We may need access to the relevant domain or DNS controls, but we do not need access to the contents of your everyday email inbox.

Does Vantora upload every store product?
You will receive full admin access to your eCommerce website, allowing you to add and manage your own products, images, descriptions, prices, stock levels and categories. Vantora will provide guidance and support throughout the setup process, but routine product uploads are normally managed by the customer unless a separate product-upload service has been agreed in advance. Can Vantora support the website after launch?
Yes. Website management, updates and technical support can be purchased separately. The available service level and work allowance are confirmed before support begins. For an existing site, explore Vantora’s website refresh and repair services.
Can Vantora build apps, SaaS platforms or custom systems?
Yes. Mobile apps, SaaS products, portals, dashboards, marketplaces and integrations are individually planned and quoted because the requirements can vary significantly.
